At HighFlyerCo.com, we want you to love what you order. While we hope every purchase meets your expectations, we understand there may be occasions where a refund or exchange is needed. Please review our refund policy below.

Returns & Refund Eligibility

Items Eligible for Return:

  • Non-personalised products

  • Unused, unworn, and undamaged items

  • Returned within 14 days of delivery
     

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Personalised or custom-made products (unless faulty or damaged)

  • Digital downloads (if offered in the future)

  • Sale or clearance items (unless stated otherwise)

How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a return or refund, email us at highflyercollection@gmail.com with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item (if damaged or faulty)

We’ll review your request and respond within 2 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item

  • Include clear photos of the issue

  • We’ll either offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the situation

Please note: For products fulfilled through third-party providers like Printify, replacements may be subject to their policy and production timeline.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service — we are not responsible for lost returns

  • Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process the refund within 5–7 business days

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method via SumUp, our payment processor.

  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to appear on your bank or card statement

  • We will notify you once the refund has been processed

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please request a return and place a new order separately.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it.

  • After this time, your order may already be in production or dispatched — in which case, it may not be possible to cancel.
